Armor of God

Ephesians 6: 10 - 20

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 

¹¹ Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 

¹² For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 

¹³ Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 

¹⁴ Stand therefore, having fastened on the 

belt of truth, 

and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 

¹⁵ and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.

¹⁶ In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one;

¹⁷ and take the helmet of salvation, 

and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 

¹⁸ praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

¹⁹ and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 

²⁰ for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.

Fear and trembling

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,

Tetelestia

In 35 years, yesterday was my best Good Friday ever. I woke up sobbing with the revelation of the cross. The picture that kept coming before me was our Lord Jesus covered with blood, stripes all over, with a crown of thorns thrust on his head and carrying the cross and walking and He turns looks at me and says "your sins are no more". It was too powerful, I totally was drenched in His love. I experienced such love and forgiveness for the first time inspite of being a born again christian for the past 25 years. Then I opened my ipad to read and the first email I saw had the verse

Hebrews 8:10,12
10…I will put My laws in their mind…I will be their God… 12…I will be merciful to their unrighteousness…their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

Tetelestia was the theme word of the day for me. All because he voluntarily lay down his life for me and all of us.

Make His face shine upon you

Moses was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he ate no bread and drank no water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tables of the Testimony in his hand, he did not know that the skin of his face shone and sent forth beams by reason of his speaking with the Lord.

Rewarder and reward

Rewarder: Him who holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks among the seven golden lamp stands.
Reward: Eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

Rewarder: The first and the last, who died and came to life.
Reward: 1. The crown of life and
2. will not be hurt by the second death.

Rewarder: Him who has the sharp two-edged sword.
Reward: 1. Some of the hidden manna,
2. a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.

Rewarder: Him who has eyes like a flame of fire, and whose feet are like burnished bronze.
Reward: 1. Authority over the nations, he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.
2. And I will give him the morning star.

Rewarder: Him who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.
Reward: 1. Clothed thus in white garments, and
2. I will never blot his name out of the book of life.
3. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.

Rewarder: The holy one, the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who shuts and no one opens.
Reward: 1. Crown.
2. I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God. Never shall he go out of it.
3. I will write on him lthe name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name.

Rewarder: Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God’s creation.
Reward: Grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.

Revelation

Revelation 1: 4 - 6

Grace to you and peace from

1. him who is and who was and who is to come,
2. and from the seven spirits who are before his throne,
3, and from Jesus Christ
- the faithful witness,
- the firstborn of the dead,
- and the ruler of kings on earth.
- To him who loves us
- and has freed us from our sins by his blood
- and made us a kingdom,
- priests to his God and Father

Perfect provision

Exodus 16: 16 - 18

16 This is what the Lord has commanded: ‘Gather of it, each one of you, as much as he can eat. You shall each take an homer, according to the number of the persons that each of you has in his tent.’ ” 17 And the people of Israel did so. They gathered, some more, some less. 18 But when they measured it with an omer, whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack. Each of them gathered as much as he could eat.
